The UFP, Certificate IV in University Foundation Studies gives students the skills, confidence and academic grounding needed to successfully enter university level programs in Business, Commerce, IT, Health, Arts and Education.

With our packaged offers, students who achieve the specified standards are guaranteed a place in the first year of selected undergraduate programs at Queensland University of Technology, Griffith University and University of the Sunshine Coast.
Entry requirements: Entry to the Foundation program is determined by English language proficiency and academic performance.
All applicants must have completed as a minimum, the equivalent of Year 11 (with superior grades) in the Australian school system, and be at least 16 years of age in order to qualify for entry to the course.
English language proficiency of IELTS 5.5 is required for direct entry into UFP. Pre-entry English language courses can be arranged at NIC for applicants who do not meet the required level of proficiency.
Academic year: Our first UFP course commences in June 2008 and pre-entry English language courses are available at Nudgee International College prior to this so get your application in for this as soon as possible!.
Certiticates: Students obtain a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion of all modules in Level 1 and 2.
An Academic Transcript is issued to all students who have completed Level 3.
Students who complete Level 3 of the GAC are issued with a Cert IV in Foundation Studies (Global Assessment)

University Foundation Program: AUD $14,950
Pre-entry English language course: AUD340 per week
